How does BNB handle conflicts of interest?

BNB maintains internal control standards and conflict-of-interest prevention regulations, and a Compliance Officer independent of the investment division continuously reviews potential conflicts.
It operates information barriers (Chinese Walls) between departments and provides related training to officers and employees at least once a year. Where a conflict is possible, it notifies the investor in advance and proceeds only after taking necessary measures.
